Hello Amateurs,
Is everyone is ready for show season to be in full force? If you are like me, you have already been to your first show of the year and now look forward to each and every upcoming show. I hope your show season is off to a good start. Hopefully, you have planned which of your favorite shows you will be attending this year. Make sure that you include the World Show on your list of “musts”. The dates are later this year, with Open and Amateur week July 29th through August 4th. We hope to see you there!
This year is the first year for the Amateur Team Tournament at the World Show. Make sure to check the box on the entry form so you have the opportunity to compete. If you have already sent in your entries, you can enter when you arrive. Enter early because we will post the teams and you will want to cheer on your fellow team members. Remember, you can enter each horse you will be showing at the World Show and increase your opportunities to win the team prizes. Prizes will be awarded to the members of the teams placing first, second and third. We are hoping to have many amateurs involved in the Team Tournament this year!
Any Amateur Past Presidents who plan to attend the World Show and would like to present class awards, please contact me. We would love to have you to give some a deserving Amateur their class award.
