Nick Culwell and Vada Lee Thacker receiving a scholarship check from Heart of Dixie Palomino Exhibitors Association (HOPE) President Allan Swinney. The 2022 HOPE Youth Scholarship was for $500 and is awarded to HOPE youth members that actively represent the association both in and outside of the arena. The scholarship is to help HOPE youth members as they head off to college.
