The Palomino Horse Breeders of America Recreational Riding Program recognizes those individuals who daily or weekly ride or drive horses. Whether in the backyard, on the trails, training for shows, parades, or ranch work, etc. By recognizing the versatile stock type horse, we will increase membership, registrations, marketability, and stature of the Palomino Horse Breeders of America. Recreational Riding Program is open to any equine; including mules, ponies and horses. EXCEPTION: PHBA Challenged Horseman participants may log hours on any horse, regardless of registration status. Deadline for submitting hours is December 31, 2023.
