Register or Transfer now and save
The Palomino Horse Breeders of America is reducing our registration and transfer fees from Janaury 1, 2012 through March 31, 2012 (postmark). Current membership required to register or transfer ownership of a horse. All horses must meet all color and confirmation requirements. After March 31, 2012 PHBA will reinstate the regular registration and transfer fee schedule.
Registration Fee: $35 plus membership
Transfer Fee: $15 plus membership

Some individuals, businesses, and corporations need to designate who is authorized to sign documents to conduct business with PHBA.
