During the 2014 Color Breed Congress, Madison Vance of Pawnee, Oklahoma was the winner of PHBA High Point Youth Award. As the recipient of this honor, Madison will receive a $500.00 scholarship payable to the college of her choice from the Pinto Heritage Foundation. Congratulations, Madison!
