FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASESeptember 16, 2016, Tulsa, Okla. – “The Will Rogers Days Parade can’t come at a better time for the work this Heritage Foundation has done with the Color Breeds Congress in Tulsa, Okla., November 7-13, happening the following week at the Tulsa State Fairgrounds,” said PHBHF President, Alda Buresh. “Not only will our Palomino Horse Breeders Heritage Foundation be represented as Grand Marshals commemorating Will Rogers, we also hope to revive that horse-human relationship for future generations. In addition, the horse ridden at the Parade will be available at the Color Breeds Congress for photo opportunities,” added Buresh.
