During the 2016 Color Breed Congress, Garrett Streit of Holden, Missouri was the winner of PHBA High Point Youth Award. As the recipient of this honor, Garrett will receive a $500.00 scholarship payable to the college of his choice from the Pinto Heritage Foundation. Congratulations, Garrett!
