Affiliate Palomino Associations – Annual Notifications

The 2015 Annual Notification forms for Officers, National Directors and Alternate National Directors are now available on the PHBA website. You will also find the APA National Director Allocation for 2015 is based on membership totals as of September 30th.

These forms should be used to report the election results for your association. Per the PHBA Constitution and By-Laws these forms are due to the PHBA office prior to December 20th; failure to submit the required by this date will result in a late fee assessment.

The 2015 PHBA National Convention will be held, March 12-14, location to be determined. Please share this information with the members of your APA. More information about the National Convention, including registration forms will be made available on the website.
