The PHB Heritage Foundation will be hosting a “Mexican Fiesta” with live entertainment on Thursday evening, March14. Convention attendees are asked to wear something vintage from the 1940’s through 1960’s. Recognizing the long history of our association and its palomino horses. There will be a special “door prize” given for the most authentic outfit. Come and join us for an evening of great food, great entertainment, and great fun!
