We are happy to tell our world show participants that PHBA has been able to work out an agreement with the Tulsa facility to make it possible for early arrivals on Sunday, July 17th. According to this agreement, should the departure of horse participating at the Appaloosa Nationals go as planned; PHBA should be able to start the stalling process around 5 PM. Please understand this is not guaranteed, it is dependent on the appaloosas being out on time and the cleaning process being complete. This also only applies to stalls and does not mean the livestock arena will be available.
Absolutely, no animals will be allowed onto the show grounds before 5 PM, Sunday, July 17th.
